  • Shipping & Delivery

    Toyland delivers only within Australia.

    We cannot accept orders from islands due to the high cost of delivering large items and the difficulty with arranging returns. 

    We do offer click and collect.

    Toyland uses Australia Post exclusively to ensure your delivery is fast and affordable.

    Shipping Fees

    Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products you order as well as your delivery location.

    Shipping fees are shown in your cart at checkout.

    Estimated Delivery Times

    The majority of orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours.

    We estimate your order will be delivered to you within the below time period:

    Shipping Times

    We will always do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes but these they are not guaranteed. During Sale Events and Christmas additional delays may be experienced.

    PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers & Post Offices

    Toyland is unable to deliver PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Offices.

    Delivery to Remote Areas

    If you live in a remote area of Australia and delivery is limited to your home address, our carriers will deliver your goods to the local depot or delivery location. If this is the case our Customer Service team will contact you in regards to collecting your goods from the nominated collection point.

  • Privacy & Security

    Privacy is paramount at Toyland and is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    Changing your mind

    If you change your mind we accept returns as long as the following conditions are met:

    • The item is returned in a saleable condition with the original packaging, with all pieces intact.
    • Proof of purchase e.g. receipt, order confirmation or credit card statement, is provided

    A restocking fee may be charged for large items.

    A refund will be applied to the card that was used to make the payment.

    In the event that you change your mind and the item is unboxed or partially assembled, Toyland is unable to offer a refund so please take your time when making your choice to avoid any inconvenience at a later date. To return an item, please contact us.

    If the item you purchased is faulty, does not match the description or is not fit for the purpose specified, we will gladly assist you in repairing, replacing or refunding the product. Please call 03 5339 5626 and have either your emailed order confirmation or packing slip for the product available to you. The customer service line will take your details and the item details and organise for them to be replaced or repaired.

    If a refund is preferred, please make sure to have your order confirmation or packing slip handy. A refund will be applied to the card that was used to make the payment.

    Returning an item to a Toyland Store

    If the item you purchased is faulty, does not match the description or is not fit for the purpose specified, we will gladly assist you in repairing, replacing or refunding the product. 
    Please visit the customer service counter in store and have your proof of purchase either in the form of your emailed order confirmation, receipt or packing slip available. The customer service assistant will help you in then arranging a repair, replacement or refund.

    Warranties

    Many of the products that are sold on the Toyland website come with a manufacturer's warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, please contact the manufacturer. Generally you will be able to find their contact details on the item packaging however If you are unable to locate the contact details of the manufacturer please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to pass on their details.

    Toyland Recalled Products

    Nothing is more important than the safety of your children. To that end, we will gladly accept returns on recalled items. If you choose to return your item to toylandonline.com.au via contacting us, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment as long as the item is accompanied by your proof of purchase in the form of your emailed order confirmation, receipt or packing slip. No restocking fee will apply in the case of product recalls. If you choose to return the item to one of our retail stores, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment if you have your order confirmation, receipt or packing slip, or to a Toyland gift voucher if you do not have your proof of purchase handy.

  • Ordering

    Any order for Products made through the Site is an offer by You to purchase those Products for the price of those Products (together with all applicable Delivery Fees and Taxes) at the time You place the order. You must provide Us with any additional details and/or confirm Your details if requested by Us in connection with any order. You must provide Us with complete and accurate details when making an order through the Site. It is Your responsibility to comply with all Applicable Laws (including any minimum age requirements) in ordering Products on the Site. We may reject Your order in Our absolute discretion (including, without limitation, where any Product in the order is not available, if there is an error or omission in the price or description of the Product on the Site or payment in respect of the order is unable to be processed). If We reject Your Order, We will endeavour to notify You within a reasonable time. We will send You an email confirmation of each order accepted by Us. We may cancel the whole or any part of an order (including any orders that We have accepted) at any time without any liability to You if: (a) any Product in the order is not available; (b) there is an error or omission in the price or description of any Product in the order on the Site; (c) We reasonably believe You are in breach of any term or condition of this Agreement; or (d) payment in respect of the order is unable to be processed. If we cancel any order, We will endeavour to provide You with reasonable notice. We will not charge You for that part of an order cancelled by Us.

  • Payment

    All payments are made by a secure server, which will encrypt each transaction as a security precaution, and all payments must be made in Australian Dollars only. You may pay for an accepted order using PayPal. If We are unable to successfully process payment for Your order, then We may reject or cancel Your order. You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for Products through any fraudulent or unlawful means.

  • Updating Account Information

    Account information may be updated at any time through the My Account link on the main website.
